How do I place an order online?

Shopping with Spice Sensuality is easy! Browse our collections by category, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your shipping, billing, and contact information, followed by your preferred payment method.

Our real-time shipping calculator will display available delivery options, estimated arrival dates, and costs before you finalize your order. Once your payment is securely processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email. You can check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, Spice Sensuality ships only within the United States and Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping beyond these regions.

Does Spice Sensuality offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $69 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Free shipping orders are sent via USPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days for the continental U.S. and Canada
  • 7–15 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and rural delivery areas
How is my order packaged and shipped?

Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the store name or product contents. Your credit card will show a discreet billing name to ensure complete confidentiality.

How does Spice Sensuality protect my privacy?

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase, provided they are accompanied by a sales receipt. If your product qualifies, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along shipping instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal for your convenience.

Can I shop in person at your store?

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
